All potential clients can expect a free, confidential consultation regarding their invention and legal situation. No legal representation is to be presumed to exist between the potential client and an attorney at Beardall Patent Associates PLLC without a signed engagement letter between the attorney and the potential client. An engagement letter between the attorney and the potential client will disclose the scope of the legal services to be provided by the attorney, the costs for legal services provided by the attorney, and will include a signed agreement by the potential client to provide a retainer fee for legal services and to pay for the legal services provided.
